How to use

(1) Meeting Information: During weekends, holidays, and peak seasons, the meeting time and location may be adjusted. Please pay attention to the notifications sent by the guide in advance, ensure your communication is unobstructed, and respond promptly.

(2) Travel Confirmation: The guide will confirm the next day's itinerary with you between 8 PM and 12 AM the night before departure. Please keep your phone turned on to receive messages promptly.

(3) Emergency contact: If you book after 10 PM or on the same day, a staff member will contact you by 12 PM on the day of your visit. If you don't receive any notification, please proactively contact the merchant's emergency number provided in your booking or reach out to our online customer support.

Change & cancellation policies

If a cancellation request is submitted before 6:00 PM, 3 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 7:00 PM 2 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 20% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 50% will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

Cancellation is not allowed after activation or reservation.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

Important note

1. Due to the special nature of admission tickets, please ensure you provide the correct name and ID number after booking to avoid ticket issuance failure and travel delays. Any losses caused by incorrect information provided by you will be your responsibility. If we fail to issue the ticket, a full refund will be provided.

2. During the group tour, it is not recommended to leave the group on your own. You must inform the group leader of your situation and return to the group promptly. If you leave the group or arrive late due to personal reasons, any unguided portions will be considered voluntarily forfeited, with no additional guiding services or refunds provided. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group.

3. Parents are kindly requested to supervise children in taking good care of the headphones. A fee of 50 CNY per piece will be charged for lost items.

3. In the event of itinerary disruption due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, the activity organizer reserves the right to cancel the trip or make alternative arrangements. The organizer shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred during this period.
