The Octopus card has a validity period of 7 years.
Hong Kong Airport Express tickets: Departure must be completed on or before August 15, 2025, and return must be completed within 30 days of the departure date.

Traveler Octopus Card
Exchange location: Counter A13, Arrivals Hall, Hong Kong International Airport
Hours: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM
Ensure you arrive at the airport during operating hours to redeem your card
Airport Express tickets
Present the QR code or confirmation voucher for direct admission
If multiple tickets are booked, each traveler will receive 1 QR Code, and all QR Codes will be sent in a single admission voucher. Each QR Code can be redeemed separately.
For round-trip tickets, please use the same QR Code to travel to and from the designated station.
Before scanning the QR Code, please set your phone screen to high brightness.
Optimal scan distance: 2–3 cm from the gate sensor area
If you encounter technical issues while scanning the QR code, please seek immediate assistance from station staff.
Please do not share the QR code with others to prevent unauthorized use.
Infants aged 0–2 can travel for free (no seat provided).
Do not add the voucher to digital wallets such as Apple Wallet or Samsung Pay
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 5 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 5 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.
To change the date or time, please cancel your booking and book again.
