1. All admission tickets must be confirmed by 2:00 PM at least 2 business days before the departure date; no date changes or refunds are allowed.
2. Child ticket applies to ages 4–11; infants aged 0–3 can participate in the activity for free (advance notice required one day prior for arrangements); no senior tickets available.
3. Any child (11 years old or under) must be accompanied by someone 18 years old or over to participate.
4. It is recommended to arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes in advance. Late arrivals will not be accommodated.
5. If the activity is canceled due to bad weather, a rescheduling will be arranged. You must select a new departure date within 2 months (calculated from the original departure date). We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
