Molly (Meng Meng) was a very organized and responsible tour guide. She consistently communicates with everyone through Wechat, WhatsApp and your mobile phone number. The trip was fun and we got lucky because it was snowing at the Great Wall. The only thing I did not like in the itinerary was the cultural show. But overall, it was a really good day trip. Today, we visited the Great Wall, the Summer Palace, and the Old Summer Palace with our group. The itinerary was very well-planned, making the entire trip both relaxing and fulfilling. Our guide, Ding Feipeng, provided professional, detailed, and humorous explanations, making the historical and cultural information vivid and easy to understand. He not only allowed us to see the beautiful scenery but also to learn about the stories behind it. Throughout the trip, he offered thoughtful reminders, took good care of us, and patiently answered everyone's questions. His service was exceptionally attentive. Our son was wearing a knee brace throughout the trip. It would have been difficult for him to get up to the Great Wall without the escalator or the elevator. The escalator happened to be closed when we got there. Our tour guide, Lillian spoke to the staff to ensure our son could get up there. In the end, the escalator reopened for him. We are grateful for that.


