It was a very memorable experience to be able to see the Western Sichuan mountains through our booking of this trip that included car and driver. Our driver, Mr Tang, was very patient plus a very experienced driver. He couldn't speak English but we managed to communicate with him through our basic mandarin. He was very accommodating towards all our needs and times, and very pleasant to travel with throughout our 5 days with him. This is not an easy trip to make as it really took us through very long hours of drive, through rural towns and hairpin roads but the scenery was magnificent and we're very glad to have made the trip. Our prior communication with the travel agency was also very smooth and our travel agent was very patient in helping to plan the location of the hotels and customising our last day itinerary because Huanglong cable car was closed for December. All in all, I would definitely book through this travel agency again, based on reliability and trust.★

Very good driver and car. We booked 9 seaters for us 5 people. Value for money and convenient. The car seats even have heater and massage. with the language limitation the driver was very helpful. Best package 👍★

The driver was very cute, even though we couldn't understand each other. The driving style was very Chinese, so it was exciting. You can adjust the plan via WeChat to pick up first or drop off at the desired point. Coming with just the two of you, my mother, was a good trip. As for Bi Penggou, I personally felt it was normal for the ground, but flying a drone would have been very beautiful. It was raining on the day we went, so the sky wasn't clear, which was a shame. As for Du Jiang Yan, it was worth coming to stay, it's beautiful.★

I booked a bus ticket, but it turned out to be a car. The upsides were that it arrived quickly and the driver was excellent, very nice and chatty. Initially, Trip.com informed me that I would have to change vehicles, which worried me because of the language barrier. They asked me to add them on WeChat, and I had to write in English for better communication. The driver was kind enough to drop me off at my accommodation, saving me some money on transportation. If you encounter a similar situation and manage to contact the driver, take photos of the waiting area and yourself and send them to the driver so they can find you.
