The VIP lounge near Gate 1 had good food quality, an elegant ambiance, and very friendly front desk staff. However, the dining area was rather dirty; there were food scraps on the sofa where I sat, and the floor was sticky. I later moved to the large dining table, but almost all the USB ports were unusable. I had to go back to the individual sofa after my meal. Because it was close to the food preparation counter, the kitchen staff talked quite loudly, making it difficult for guests in that area to rest quietly.★

This time, I went to the Plaza Premium Lounge near Gate 60. Since I needed to stay overnight and use the facilities, it was quite convenient. Upon check-in, I could reserve a time for showering and was given a vibrating number tag, similar to the one used for food pickup. When my time was up, I was notified to go to the counter, where staff led me to the Refreshhh by Aerotel across the street. I had 30 minutes to shower, and after that, I could go back to the Plaza Premium Lounge to rest until my time was up before leaving. It was very convenient.★
