If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the date of use, no cancellation fee will be charged.

If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

• Red route: buses depart every 30 minutes from 9 AM to 5 PM

• Blue route: buses depart every 30 minutes from 9 AM to 5:30 PM

• Green route: buses depart every 30 minutes from 9:15 AM to 4:45 PM

• Tickets are valid for the specific duration (24 or 48 hours) from first activation

• Attraction tickets are only valid for single entry on a specific day

• Your tickets are guaranteed, so if someone approaches you to say your tickets are invalid, please ignore them

• You can hop on the bus at any of the stops, but you must redeem your voucher at one of the sales kiosks (People's Square, The Bund, or Oriental Pearl TV Tower) once the bus reaches the stop

• To receive your entry ticket to the optional attractions, you must redeem your voucher at the People's Square, The Bund, or Oriental Pearl TV Tower stop first

• There is audio commentary available in English, Mandarin, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Japanese and Korean on board the buses
