First, we took a bus tour around the city's major attractions. This was a great experience, giving visitors a glimpse into Vienna. Then we headed to Schönbrunn Palace. There were no shopping stops along the way, which was fantastic. Upon arriving at Schönbrunn Palace, there was a guided tour, which was also a very good experience. Overall, it was excellent.

Visiting Schönbrunn Palace was an extraordinary experience, but what truly made it special was our guide, Alessandra. Her knowledge is exceptional, but it's her ability to engage visitors that truly makes the difference: she transported us to a distant world, bringing the history of the empress's residence to life and immersive. Thanks to her passionate and detailed narration, we didn't just wander through the palace's rooms, but felt like an integral part of that golden age. Highly recommended!

Our guide, Catalina, was so enthusiastic and positive. You could tell she enjoys her job, and she's very knowledgeable. The palace is interesting to see--so much opulence! The grounds are extensive. We didn't reserve enough time to do it justice, so I advise others to plan for more time than you think you'll need.

This is a highly recommended pass. Not only is it affordable, but more importantly, it saves you a significant amount of time queuing for tickets, especially at popular attractions like Schönbrunn Palace, Hofburg Palace, and Belvedere Palace. In terms of value for money, this pass is perfect for tourists like us who stay for five or six days; theoretically, visiting two attractions a day would be worth the price. Two things to note: 1. The pass pickup point is located, as shown in the picture below. To be precise, it's across the street from the southwest corner of the State Opera House, not the one on the basement level of the subway station. There's an advertisement on the door, making it seem like it's not open; just walk in. 2. All hop-on hop-off buses are yellow, all yellow, all yellow! Pay attention to whether the display screens on the front and sides say "Red Line" or something else. By the way, I can't upload pictures from the PC website, so I'll upload them from my mobile phone. High cost-performance ratio!


