If a cancellation request is submitted after 8:00 AM 1 day(s) before the date of use, a fee of 100% will be charged.

If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.

Partial refund is not available.

2.Please make sure On the day of the trip, all travelers are required to bring valid ID/passport, and we will collect other traveller's ID on-site to issue the E-ticket. scan passport for entering/using the shuttle or cable car service in the park.
