We booked a few days in advance and received a text message with the vehicle registration number and directions to find the car, which was very easy. The car parked nearby, so we didn't have to drag our luggage far. The car was clean, the seats were spacious, and the driver was experienced. There were also stops for bathroom breaks.★

The product itself is good. However, the driver tends to arrive late for pickup or gets delayed as he picks up more passengers or picks up a friend in his car along the way. Thanks to that, I experienced the cold wind hitting my body. Still, at least we arrived at the train station safely with our suitcases....★

The driver called the day before arrival and 30 minutes before arrival at the destination station. He was actually waiting to greet us at the elevator exit. The 8 seater business van was clean and comfortable. The seat I was on had a heater and massage mode. The journey was smooth and the driver was friendly and joyful. He would drop everyone exactly at the hotel front door. I was so pleased with him that I booked on Trip. Com again for my return trip and luckily the same van and driver came to fetch us from the hotel★

I was picked up on time and in the middle of the trip I was dropped off at a shop to use the restroom even though I didn't ask for it and was offered a product.★

First time using this service with friends. Honestly, great value for what we paid.
If you’re a group of 3 or more, I’d definitely suggest it. It’s slightly higher in price, but the difference isn’t significant. You get fewer crowds, a more relaxed ride, and uninterrupted views without worrying about seats—well worth the experience.
