Once you get used to eSIM, you can set up the connection quickly, and if you contact customer support before departure to confirm that it's properly installed, you'll get a quick response. While the signal was sometimes a little weak in certain areas, it generally works without any problems. It's also inexpensive. I recommend it! 😊

The installation is smooth and super easy. I installed the esim on my phone one day before my trip. Disabled the esim after installation. Once I reached Korea Incheon airport, I simply enable it and turn on roaming. Thats it.... That simple. I will certainly purchase from trip.com again for my next trip.

The staff responded to chats quickly, but some didn't check the information before responding, resulting in inaccurate details. The internet signal was excellent and uninterrupted. Highly recommended!
