eSIM installation

Quick installation on iPhone via app:

Update your iPhone to iOS 17.4 or later.

Open the Ctrip app and follow these steps:

Go to "Account" "All Orders" and click the "Install" button to complete the one-click installation.

For iPhone:

Open the Ctrip app and save the QR code image to your phone.

Go to Settings > Cellular > Add eSIM, select Use QR Code, then scan the saved QR code.

Click Activate eSIM, click Continue, and then select a label or enter a custom label for later reference.

For other smartphone brands (installation steps may vary by model):

Go to Settings > Network & Internet, then tap the + icon next to SIM Card.

On the next page, click "Download SIM card?" and "Next."

When prompted to "Scan the QR code from the internet," scan the QR code with your phone and tap "Download."

After "Download Complete" is displayed on the screen, click "Set" to complete the setup.

Manual installation:

Go to Settings > Network > Add eSIM.

Select "Use QR code" and tap "Manually enter information" at the bottom. Enter the "SM-DP+ Address" and "Activation Code" and tap "Next."

Click Activate eSIM, click Continue, and then select a label or enter a custom label for later reference.

[eSIM usage]

Turn off the primary SIM card and enable the eSIM network switch.

Activate cellular data (for iOS) or your SIM card (for Android).

Enable data roaming.

If you still cannot access the network after following the above settings, please set the APN and restart your phone (see below for details).

About APN configuration

Configuration path:

Cellular > Cellular Data Network (iOS)

Mobile Network > Mobile Data Network (Android)

Mobile Services > Mobile Data Network (for some devices)

Enter APN: 3gnet

Restart your phone.

Each QR code can be downloaded and installed up to 10 times. If you delete the eSIM in your phone, you can reinstall it.

If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

[eSIM usage requirements]

1. The device must support eSIM function

To check: Enter *#06# on your phone's dial pad. Generally, if an EID (Embedded Identity Document) is displayed, it indicates that the device supports eSIM. If no EID is present, the device cannot use eSIM.

2. The phone is not a carrier-locked device

How to check: Please check with your mobile network operator to see if your device has been locked.
