I went with my family. I'm writing this in detail for anyone who might be booking. I feel more at ease when the plan is laid out, but I was a bit worried because the booking page wasn't very detailed. They sent a WhatsApp message two days before and informed us of the exact pickup time the day before. They picked us up near Tahrir Square at 6:30 AM, and since they were picking up several groups to Giza, we didn't depart until 8:00 AM. If you are the first to board, there is some waiting time like this. The pickup person hands you over to the tour guide, so we stop at a rest area for about 10 minutes until the handover around 12:00 PM. There are no drinks provided until lunch, so it's a good idea to bring some water with you. We arrived in the village around 12:00 PM, had lunch, and departed. We saw the Black Desert, moved on, stopped at a spot with cool groundwater (warm tea and simple fruit provided) to soak our feet, went to the Crystal Desert, then the Sand Desert for sandboarding, pitched tents, and slept. The next morning, we had breakfast, went to the White Desert, and came back. You get hungry in between meals, so please bring some simple snacks. Since I had a child with me, I packed a lot. Our guide, Mohamed, gave a very enthusiastic tour. Perhaps because the weather was so hot, both the pickup vehicle and the tour vehicle... The air conditioning isn't very cool. I heard the desert gets chilly at night, but it wasn't chilly at all; in fact, it was hot inside the tent. It got cool around 2 AM, so it was comfortable enough to sleep in. Since it is in its natural state, showering is impossible. It is extremely hot during the day, but the mornings were very cool and pleasant. I took the tour on May 10th. The stars in the night sky were incredibly clear, and around 11 PM, Mohamed let us know that desert foxes had arrived, so we saw them as well. We traveled in two vehicles: one 4WD for two Americans and our family of four, and another 4WD for six Chinese tourists. I don't think I will ever forget the memory of lying in the desert at night watching the stars. It seems like most tours follow similar routes, but I think this one is excellent value for the price compared to other sites. I don't think I could do a 2-night, 3-day trip even if asked; 1 night and 2 days is just right. If you ask for water in the middle of the day, they will give it to you. The kids said sandboarding was fun. I didn't even get to say a proper goodbye to Mohamed. Thank you, Mohamed.

It was a wonderful trip. Beautiful ship, excellent show program, with humor. Excellent service from the waiters. Delicious food. Cairo is all ablaze with lights at night! Travelsphere was served on time. We were very pleased with the company's service. We will definitely use them again! We highly recommend them.
