Moose is a really cool tour leader. He contacted us the night before the pickup around 8:30 to confirm. The trip was very enjoyable, the vehicle was clean, and he even helped me talk to the other participants to switch seats because my partner gets motion sickness.
He recommended a delicious bubble tea spot in Taichung, gave us free crispy donuts (the famous Fenqihu specialty), shared recommendations for must-try foods in Fenqihu, took us to watch the sunset on the way back, and also helped us take photos. He was extremely friendly.

We booked the tour to depart from Kaohsiung - it’s a long drive to and from Alishan! I would recommend Taichung or Chiayi if you don’t like long car rides. Tour guide Stella was very funny and able to communicate well in English with our group of 8 (Vietnamese/Chinese/Australians). Stella was welcoming and controlled the speed of travel well. She was considerate of the girls who felt sick in the car and pointed out good photo spots for those who wants cute pics. I was more keen on the history and walking around Alishan, but this tour doesn’t give you a lot of time to enjoy the area, and also only covers a small area of Alishan. It’s like a taste-test! Alishan is worth coming back to in the future!★

Because the plane is late, I adjust the time. I don't like the way of pushing the work. I don't want to call and waste time outside the country. It also affects the mood.
