Before the trip, we compared various platforms and found Ctrip to be the most cost-effective because it's a local travel company. We later saw a branch of Ctrip in the city. The entire itinerary was well-organized and reasonable. Our driver, Mr. Lin, provided very detailed explanations, sharing a lot of information that independent travelers wouldn't encounter. Each stop had a designated time frame, ensuring the overall activity schedule was well-planned. Under Mr. Lin's leadership, the entire group was well-organized and harmonious, even when the tour was fully booked. The scenery along the Great Ocean Road is truly beautiful and worth a visit.

Such an incredible day! The Great Ocean Road is absolutely stunning and seeing the Twelve Apostles in person is unforgettable, the views are unreal. I went with my mom and was incredible!! Anthony was an amazing guide, super patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour!

Our guide and driver Tom was very professional. He provided a lot of information and went out of his way to showcase the area. The late departure made us avoid the crowds and the sunset experience in front of the 12 apostles was magnificent. I highly recommend this tour.

A very nice trip, it was really well organized, except that it was very long and I felt a sandwich and a banana weren't enough for lunch. Otherwise, very nice :)
