It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!★

The service they offer is the same as what you receive. The staff was very friendly. The boat is the same as the one in the photos. The food was varied and plentiful, and the activities met expectations. Highly recommended!★

The itinerary was excellent. We picked up our passengers in the city before 8:30 AM and sailed to the port in Halong Bay. We stopped at a service area along the way and had lunch on board. We had three afternoon activities: swimming on the beach or hiking, exploring caves, and kayaking or rafting through caves. The afternoon tea at the end was too simple, and we arrived back in the city at around 9 PM, leaving us hungry. It would be great if the price could be increased and a buffet was offered.★

This was an excellent day out. The boat was nice onboard, great facilities and the Buffett lunch had plenty of options that were tasty too. Drinks were cheap enough to buy on the boat and they had happy hour specials throughout the day. The tour guide Henry and his crew were excellent, they spoke multiple languages and were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was well structured and the bay itself was absolutely beautiful. We done the hiking, kayaking and paid the extra 250k VND to go on the speedboat which was great. The whole day was excellent value and a must for this visiting Vietnam. After walking along the pier past other boats we definitely got one of the better ones on the Diamond cruise. Would definitely recommend.★

It was a luxurious cruise. It was quite difficult to meet, but they found it well. It was nice that there was a jacuzzi so I could go in and move around. There was also a small shower room so I could change clothes. It would be good to bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a swimsuit, and a towel. The tour schedule was also good. I brought snorkeling equipment because the visibility was not clear for swimming, but it was useless. Goggles were enough.
