Great cultural experience! We were taken through the markets to purchase our fresh produce to then cook with. Along the way our tour guide Mo spoke about different traditional foods in Vietnam and what they are good for. The cooking class was a sensational experience! Mo was so informative and helpful answering any question and helping us make authentic Vietnamese dishes. They were soooo delicious. Can’t wait to make them back home.
