I am going to visit this museum. The art installations are good and very nice. You can take a picture with some installation here. Good place. But, there is a miscommunication when you redeem the ticket that you bought from trip.com with the on-site team.

We had a driver and guide for 4 days, who brought us to key Zhangjajie sights including the Fox Fairy show which was amazing! Our guide (Max) was knowledgeable and friendly, and made our entire journey very smooth, without long queues, and enjoyable. His meals / restaurant recommendations were also good - tasty food at reasonable price! Would recommend this private tour.
