A Yuan was able to cater to the needs of the team members. A guided tour helped them understand the wonders of nature better than simply seeing it on their own. Unfortunately, it was incredibly crowded during the holidays, with queues far exceeding the time spent on the guided tour and sightseeing. The itinerary was already quite tight, making it difficult to achieve perfection. The First Bridge Under Heaven, the "Avatar"-like peaks, the Imperial Brush Peak, the Heavenly Maiden Scattering Flowers, and other formations are remarkably lifelike, and there's even a mischievous ghost face in the "Cloud Green Rock." Zhangjiajie National Park is definitely worth a second visit.

Highly recommend it, even the weather was not the best the tour guide took us to a spot where we could see the rice fields in the sky and there were not so many people. Apart from that, from all that crowdness he took care of us, making sure we are all together and have the best time. Thank you House

The tour leader accompanied the two of us throughout the entire tour, pointing out the best viewing and photo spots. The experience was definitely worthwhile, as we used the VIP channel from the park entrance onwards. We had priority boarding for the eco-friendly shuttle bus without having to queue. However, the Bailong Elevator requires a VIP ticket to be purchased one day in advance; otherwise, you'll have to wait in line for 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this tour to my friends.

We had an absolutely amazing tour with Leo! Even though the weather wasn't great in the beginning, Leo knew exactly where to take us so we could still enjoy incredible, beautiful views. He is such a warm, attentive, and wonderful person who truly made our day unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a better guide. Highly recommended, 5 stars without a doubt!

The Tourguide (Willa) was very nice, active and attentative. She said at the beginning that she would go with our pace and she kept it. The plan itself was okay and it matched the Hotel we had, so we never had big traveltime from one to the other spots, probably also because we booked our hotel one in downtown and the other one 5mins drive away from the national park. However, I wished that we switched the program of our days... on the first day of our tour the webcam in nationalpark showed a good view. But we were at Tienmen Mountain... we couldn't see anything. 2nd Day at national Park... only mist... so flying 8500 km we could not enjoy any view. Of course there is no fault to anybody since the weather can't be manipulated but it was very disappointing feeling since we paid a lot and could not see anything. Willa was keeping her positive energy and made everything better. So Thank you Willa!
