It was a truly wonderful time, everything was organized perfectly. The guide spent a lot of time talking to the participants, the information was clearly presented. The time allocated to Verona and Venice is definitely not enough, but it is completely enough to get an initial impression and start planning a trip here for a longer period.

Overall it is definitely not cheap, but you can travel on trains around Europe as many times as you want during the period, flexible and convenient, especially for last minute travelers. Keep in mind in countries like Spain, Italy and France, the reservation fee is expensive and can add up quickly, so you need to plan ahead. Also, in most countries, the app cannot be used in the tickets gates automatically, and must seek help from staff. Hope they can improve it.

Everything was excellent. Our guide, Hajo, was very friendly and always attentive. She kindly conducted the tour in perfect Spanish, in addition to English, even though it was scheduled only in English. The Bernina Express carriage was exclusively ours, and since we were a small group, the space was very comfortable, and we were able to change seats to see both sides of the train. During the train ride, we received a souvenir, which was much appreciated. The only negative point was that the bus from Tirano to Milan went too fast. Everything else was perfect.


