We were traveling from Nha Trang to Da Nang and back. It was a wonderful bus, and we fell asleep right away. It was a bit bumpy, and the driver kept honking the horn.

It's a Gazelle, by the way. But the interior isn't like a minibus, with comfortable, leather-like seats. The route from Nha Trang to Dalat is very scenic, as Dalat is in the mountains. At times, the road seemed dangerous; mudslides do happen there. But the driver was professional, and we had a wonderful ride, stopping once for 20 minutes.

Everything was wonderful! Strictly on schedule. The bus was clean and comfortable, with a restroom inside, which was very convenient. Water, napkins, and biscuits were provided for the journey. One 30-minute stop, so you can grab something to eat. I recommend booking a separate cabin for each traveler; I think it would be a bit cramped for two. I'd also like to highlight the exceptional service of the staff. I made a mistake when booking, but the wonderful administrator was understanding and everything was alright.

Very good service. Fast and convenient delivery. A bottle of water was provided for everyone. We traveled from Dalat to Nha Trang in 3.5 hours. I recommend it.

Since it was my first time going to Nha Trang, I did a lot of research on how to get around from Cam Ranh Airport. There were reviews about taxis overcharging and talk that Grab was unreliable, so I just booked a reliable option in advance. I’ve never been so happy to see a sign with my name on it at an unfamiliar airport. I think it’s always a good idea to arrange transportation in advance, especially when traveling to a new place for the first time.


