Alex, our host, met us at the market and showed us how locals shop in Vietnam. Afterwards, we took a Grab ride to the venue (paid for by the organizer). It's a friendly and very nice place where you feel comfortable. As a group, we were able to choose two appetizers and one main course to cook together. We opted for banana blossom salad, fresh spring rolls, and pho bo. We also got to taste three different types of rice wine. For dessert, with Alex's help, we could prepare either hot chocolate or coffee with an egg or coconut topping. It was a wonderful experience that Alex made possible. The whole team is very warm and welcoming. You feel at home and learn a lot.

WOW! an incredible experience. We can’t thank ‘V’ enough for her time, patience and knowledge in teaching us to make some delicious dishes. By far the most memorable cooking class we ever done on our honeymoon. New tastes, techniques, flavours & egg coffee!! We hope to do another class with V before we leave Vietnam. Thank you so so much
