As a Japanese resident, I highly recommend this spa. Although they don't speak Japanese, I can recommend this spa to anyone visiting Hanoi on business or sightseeing, thanks to the therapists' treatment skills and the hospitality of the reception staff. This time, I chose a 90-minute full-body oil massage. You can choose from four different oil scents.★

The masseuse's skills were excellent, much better than my experience in Taiwan. I especially enjoyed the hot stone massage; overall, it was a very good experience. The only slightly awkward thing was that my seat was right by the door, and a small part of the curtain couldn't be drawn, so it was completely visible from the outside glass. They didn't seem to notice and just asked me to change. Also, during the hair washing process, the curtain in the cubicle wasn't drawn, so everyone could see in, which might make shy people uncomfortable. Finally, the front desk staff proactively asked if I wanted to tip. While the overall service was good and the experience was pleasant, the various points detracted from the experience and made me uncomfortable.★

Everything can be booked in advance via WhatsApp, and the service will be completed accordingly. However, the counter staff will ask if you want to tip the staff after the service. Since I was about to go home and didn't have any money with me, I couldn't tip.★

Description misleading. It says spa, 120 minutes, lunch or dinner provided. So, when start booking, it doesn't clearly stated that 60 minutes, no lunch or dinner. Either Description says, spa, 120m with lunch or dinner, spa, 60m without lunch or dinner. Eradicate confusion. Other than that, the services are good but not the best. If you have been going for massage for more than 10 yrs, in various countries, various therapists, various styles, you can judge which one is mediocre. Good, best, excellent and which one is not good. But I do appreciate your effort to be the best. Keep trying, one day you'll be successful. All the best.★

The reservation itself went smoothly. The shop is supposed to open at 9am, so I was there from 10 minutes before 9am until a little after. Not even the lights were on, which made me uneasy, so I walked to a different branch of the same chain, but that was also closed, so I moved to a different tourist spot. It would have been nice if there had been at least some people around, but I completely forgot about Hanoi time. I consulted with customer service and they changed my appointment from May 5th to 6th, which resolved the issue. Thank you. At that time, they asked me to submit a photo. It was the first time I realized that objective evidence is necessary. A photo of the shop with the time indicated showing that it was closed at that time, and ideally with a picture of myself in it as well, would be perfect. The massage itself was thorough and I was quite satisfied. Regarding the opening hours, it would be helpful if you could write something like "opens around 9am" so that people understand.
