I'd like to express my gratitude to the coordinator, Trang, who handled all my issues and was in touch. My transfer was scheduled for 12:30, but there were internet issues, so I stayed inside the hotel at reception. The driver didn't come to pick me up. I saw his messages at 12:40, unfortunately, and he left, so I missed the bus to Hanoi. He suggested I call a taxi myself to get to the bus, but unfortunately, time was limited and I wouldn't make it. The coordinator, Trang, covered all the expenses and took care of everything. I'm traveling to Hanoi. Therefore, I recommend you book a transfer. You won't be abandoned in a difficult moment, because the people working there are responsible. A huge thank you to the Trang staff.β

The bus is comfortable, clean, and tidy, with different lighting modes in each cabin. There's Wi-Fi, a vibration massager, a bottle of water, a napkin, and headphones, though I still haven't figured out how to use the TV. There's plenty of space for someone 180 cm tall; we even managed to sleep comfortably with two people. The air conditioning on the second floor feels significantly colder than on the first, but maybe that's just a coincidence. The staff is very polite and knowledgeable. Overall, I highly recommend it!β

If you're afraid of flying and the train ride is too long, this is the place for you. The berths are comfortable, with seat belts, a TV, water, and a pillow. If you're 185 cm tall, it might be a bit uncomfortable; you won't be able to stretch your legs. If you're 190-195+, consider another form of transport; it will definitely be more comfortable. Overall, I slept great and it's definitely worth considering as a transfer. The only thing that bothered me was the 30-minute stop after the start of the journey (about 10 minutes). I could have skipped this stop and arrived faster, or made it a little later.ξ₯
