Reviews: Monkey & Sloth Panama Canal Boat Safari with Casco Viejo Brunch

We had a really nice time. From pickup to drop off it all went smoothly. Noris was an amazing tour guide who shared lots of great info about Panama. We saw monkeys, iguanas, lots of birds, and had an amazing meal at the end.

Nice tour but long van ride (2 hours each way). Bring dry clothes, towel and food. After the van ride there is a short boat ride to the beach dive site. The reef is short swim from the beach. Tour guides were very nice and knowledgeable. At the boats there were some changing areas but there was no water since a pipe had broken. Reef was ok and there were some nice small fish to see. There had been some rain so water was a bit cloudy. We also got a tour of the small town Portobelo

Reviews: Boat tour in the Panama Canal to Monkeys and sloths islands

Dan was the tour guide and he was very knowledgeable - gave us a lot of information about the history of Panama and its road to independence, and took a lot of time to go above and beyond by showing us the American expat houses as well as a better view of the canal. Really good vibes - and saw a lot of wildlife on the boat tour, complete with food to feed the monkeys and even an iguana.

This tour has it all: wildlife, Canal viewing, history. And John is a great guide! He’s clear, audible, with his own earnest style and humor. They were very accommodating of the group’s needs while keeping us on schedule at the same time. And the lunch was delicious!
