The boat itself is good. It has air conditioning. We bought a ticket for 1:00 PM, but the departure was at 3:00 PM. We had to spend three hours in the heat at the very small port, practically on the dock. If we'd known about the delay, we would have spent our time elsewhere. The departure time was pushed back an hour, then 49 minutes, 20... the reason is clear: not many people go from Nusa Penida to the Gili Islands. It's probably better to go via Padang Bay. Or buy a ticket for 2:00 PM. My badge was changed three times.★

Everything was excellent, and the service lived up to the promise. Booking was easy, and we were taken to the company office by transfer. They gave us a paper ticket (we paid the 30,000-rupee port fee on site), and we walked to the pier (about 200-300 meters). The ship is comfortable, water is free, there's a restroom, and the lower decks are air-conditioned (it was even cool). You can ride on the upper deck, but it's scorching hot, and you could easily get burned.★

They contacted me starting two days prior, shared the driver's WhatsApp contact information, and arrived right on time for the pickup on the morning of the trip. Everything was perfectly arranged, right up to the Gangari boat waiting area 👍🏻. As the boat time approached, a crowd of people swarmed in from somewhere, dragging their suitcases and leading the way. They told us to follow them and wouldn't let us even touch our suitcases 🤣 I thought they were employees from the boat agency ;; Once we arrived at the front and loaded the suitcases, they turned into robbers 🤦🏻♀️ “One hundred” “One hundred” hahahaha. That basically meant they were demanding 100,000 Rupiah 😤. I'm not usually stingy when it comes to tipping while traveling, but this guy looked like he was about to kill me with his eyes 🥶. My husband told me to just give it to him and get rid of him, so I just gave it to him, treating it like I'd thrown it on the street... It was so annoying! It wasn't much, but please be careful everyone! Guard your suitcases! Hahahaha.★

We booked tickets for a speedboat from Nusa Penida to Lombok. We received a WhatsApp message almost immediately informing us of the date and time we wanted. We coordinated everything, both on WhatsApp and in Tripcom, and received a booking confirmation. We arrived at the Nusa Penida port on time.
