Excellent connection in the US! Connection is excellent everywhere (NY, Boston, Florida). I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in touch!!! All messengers work, and you can even use some for phone calls. I didn't even need customer support; setup was super easy!

The signal was okay, but if youre looking for a fast connection, you might want to choose another service provider. All in all, this was okay. It's just not the fastest.

My 1st time using an E-Sim while travelling. I had no issues installing & using on my mobile first here in British Columbia when visiting Vancouver and also in the United States in Seattle. When crossing the border it was no problem to switch from a Canadian carrier to a USA carrier & I saved a lot of money on roaming charges I had to pay in previous trips to Seattle.

I used it in Merida, Playa del Carmen, and Cancun in Mexico, and in Los Angeles, USA. There were quite a few instances where the connection was unreliable. The signal sometimes dropped even in urban areas, but it was especially problematic when I went to outlying areas like ruins or islands. After crossing the border in particular, I had to turn the eSIM on and off several times, and it took about an hour to finally get connected. Using airport Wi-Fi was essential. It's not guaranteed that you'll be able to get through immigration in time, so be prepared to show any documents offline if asked.
