I absolutely loved this unique experience in Tokyo! It's a very dynamic sound and light show with breathtaking sets, all in a truly unusual venue. A meal and tea are included (and they're delicious), and you're provided with a kimono jacket and a glow stick to get you in the mood. Between the dance routines, entertainers circulate with drinks and/or merchandise for sale. The whole thing is kitschy, but in a good way. It's not a must-see of Japanese culture, but you're guaranteed to have a great time.

I had an incredible experience trying on a kimono, the women were very nice and helped me get dressed and did my hair, the matcha ceremony was interesting, overall I was very pleased and I recommend it.

The tea ceremony was lovely. It took place in a small, well-kept private home, in a room specially designed as a tearoom. Mari showed us very kindly everything in detail and explained it all. Then each of us was able to prepare our own tea. Afterwards, Mari gave us some addresses in the Yanaka district, all of which she highly recommends (tea room, shaved ice cream spot, shrine, and a niche spot for mackerel sandwiches). They were all great! It was very private just for us two and I can highly recommend it!
