I had no issues using it anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City. It was 4G for a while, but once I left the airport, it was stable at 5G. Customer support was quick to respond, although it was a bit confusing because we were both using translators.

I installed it at the airport in Vietnam, and was able to use it without any problems wherever I was in Ho Chi Minh City for the next three days. However, I had a hard time before the initial installation because the free Wi-Fi at the airport in Vietnam was really hard to connect to.
