The ancient city of Shiping was built in the Ming Dynasty. It has four gates: Yingen in the east, Tonggong in the west, Gongchen in the north, and Zhongxiu in the south. 400 years ago, the brick city with a circumference of 748 zhang, a height of 2 zhang and a thickness of 2 zhang, now only has the Nancheng Gate, which was renamed "Yuntai".
