I went to Jinzhou, and then took a long-distance bus to Yixian at Jinzhou Bus Station, and then took a taxi to Fengguo Temple for 5 yuan. Although the journey is difficult, Fengguo Temple is still worth it."Yixian1.4km from downtownHighlights: Fengguo Temple is one of China's three remaining major Liao dynasty temples and monasteries. It's symbolic ancient building is one of the larger Buddhist halls to survive from ancient times. Inside is a group of ancient and relatively large painted clay Buddha statues. The main seven Buddhas, seated upright on pedestals, were sculpted in the Liao dynasty, and include Kasyapa, Krakucchaṃda, Sikhin, and Vipasyin.Show Less
