The scenic area features a lush landscape with stunning views, with over 40 scenic attractions including Yanxia Cave, the Palace of Nanyan, the Palace of the Sun. Although not a very high mountain, Mount Mingfeng is extremely precipitous. Two paths lead up to the summit from the north and south slope, respectively. The north slope has steps cut out of the stones, known as the Sky Ladder for its narrow width and steepness. The south slope is even more challenging with the cliff so close that you might fall off with one careless step. A truly touch and go adventure.Show Less
