This is how the feudal lords of Aizu, the illustrious Matsudaira, were burried during the Edo Period. Samurai tombs.

The grave of the matsudaira clan who ruled Aizu

    Original Text

The Matsudaira family, who was the feudal lord of Aizu during the Edo period. The feudal lord of the Edo period, Yoshiyasu Matsudaira, is particularly famous, but there are graves of successive feudal lords of the Matsudaira family, including Yoshiyasu. There are some sloppy mountains, so you can visit with a little hiking feeling.

The graveyard of the matsudaira family of the Lord of the domain is lined up.

    Original Text

The graveyard is not from Masaman, but the last eighth? From the graveyard of Matsudaira, it is built and built by cutting a fairly steep mountain surface, surrounded by dense trees, and building a large earthen mountain. Those graves are on the hillside of one mountain, giant trees lined up in the quiet forest, made separately by generation, cut a steep slope, and there is a graveyard main shrine quite up. You will not reach the main hall unless you climb. I was surprised that the old people built a great graveyard.
