The park surrounding the monument is nice the monument is big and impressive for a real hero from it's age.

And his gravestone is just next door. The museum is a few yards away down the path and there is a good view of the lake and mountains from here

Not much of a monument for a leader

After you see the museum go far a walk to see this monument. The walk to the monument is more interesting than the monument itself.
