raskolnikov2017 when I last visited. Fast forward more than 5 years to 2023, a lot changed. The Bantay Bell tower is (temporarily) not allowing visitors to climb up the Bell Tower after it sustained serious damage from the last earthquake. Nonetheless, it is good that they still allow us and other visitors to take pictures of the towers across the fence.
