It is called the Grand Canyon of Texas and is the second largest canyon in the United States. It is located northwest of Texas, near the city of Amarillo. The canyon passes through the center of Panhandle in the south of Amarillo. It is about 60 miles long, 20 miles wide and about 244 meters deep. It is spectacular, with its complex geological formations and steepness. The colorful walls are breathtaking, and today the park caters to the needs of riders, with more than 1,500 acres dedicated to equestrian trails. But even if it is not a cowboy, it is a worthwhile trip: the huge park covers 17,000 acres, the Longhorn cattle that graze on the edge of the canyon and other wildlife are very interesting. Friends who come here can choose to camp or rent a wooden house~

Bent’s Fort national historic site was fabulous. Walked the perimeter and entered from the stock pens. We met Jose, the coolest Mexican American guide that spoke in Indian sign language as well. He spent time showing my husband how to build an Indian adobe ‘horno’ bread oven. (It is outside the perimeter) Be sure to see the video explaining the history of the settlers and rebuilding timeline. There was only one other couple there so we had him all to ourselves. We’ll go again, thank you!

Trinidad's Holy Trinity Church is located on the coast, with a yellow exterior wall, and it is very shining under the sunset. The church is the seaside, especially near dusk. It is really beautiful to take pictures here.

Excellent. Beautiful music, delicious food and wonderful staff and new friends. We joined the Trasic Wine Club. People are kind. The owners make you feel different among people, tourists and visitors who are already special.

A literary capital of New Mexico. Canyon Road is a local area similar to Tianzifang, 798. A gallery/art shop across the street. The local characteristic architectural style is called Adobe, a house built with soil. I heard that it is a North African style brought by the Spaniards, warm in winter and cool in summer. (2019/1)

Caprock Canyons State Park is located south of Palo Duro, across the Caprock cliff, with a spectacular 305-meter red sandstone cliff wall. The park is home to Texas bison herds, often seen in groups of bison, many bats also live here. In addition to animals, the park has more than 90 miles of trails for visitors to hike through the park and towering red cliffs to enjoy the magnificent views of the famous Texas landscape. Or swim or fish on the 120-acre Lake Theo while the weather is still hot.
