Quaint and tiny
It was such a quaint and tiny place. It was a pleasure to walk around and enjoy the scenery. Vertine is a very quiet and serene place.
Take a step back in time at the castello Vertine and hilltop town
Not much there in the town, just a 1000 years of history, mostly untouched, superb walled hilltop town setting, with a few residents. Don't try to drive a car through the narrow archway gates, rather...
Strange place
Basically a classy condo, with a church. Exceptionally clean and quiet walking streets, typical valley views.
An almost lost little jewel
If you are in the area it is surely worth to look for this small medieval village and spent some time walking around the walled area. Do not miss their beautifull and well kept church.
Awesome
Awesome. A small town-fortress. Just 2-3 streets. Awesome place. View to the Kyanti Valley, surrounded by vineyards. It is necessary to get in.
