Gai Jiaotian's Tomb

At the turning point in the middle of Yang Gongdi, opposite the Air Force Sanatorium, there is a small pavilion, there are also some desk-level, about 30, the cemetery is very clean, past visitors can go there by the way.

His name is Tianyuan Zhang Yingjie, a famous master of Beijing Opera performing art. His performing art is mainly Wusheng Opera. He advocates that Wu Opera should be written and sung. He has the characteristics of self-construction school. He has the reputation of " Jiangnan Living Wusong". The tomb was built in the 1950s, sitting in the eastern and Western dynasties, with earth and stone structure. There are stone tablets in front of the tomb.

It's called the Cemetery. If there were no map markers nearby, I think it would be very difficult to find it here. Located near the intersection of Yanggongdi and Longjing Branch Road, it is built near the Dingjiashan Mountains. The roadside is a simple "gate building", climbing up the stairs, not far from the tombstone and tomb called heaven, simple, without any flashy decoration, quietly situated on the edge of the West Lake.

Located at the roadside of Yanggongdi, few people stay in this area, and the environment is quiet. There is a stone pavilion in front of the tomb with the name of "Mu Xia Pavilion" and a couplet of couplets in the pavilion "Ying Ming Geshi Sanchakou, Masterpiece Jingtian Cross Slope". Their original name is Zhang Yingjie, and their artistic name is Tianhe, the representative of Sanchakou Cross Slope, is kneaded into the couplet.

This is the self-made Tomb of a famous Peking Opera master named Tian, which was destroyed in the late 1960s and rebuilt in 1985. His name is Tianyuan Zhang Yingjie, born in Baoding, Hebei Province. He is an outstanding performer of Peking Opera in China.
