A sake brewery in Hirado central town
Original Text
Founded in 1897, a historic sake brewery maker. The inside of the venue is very beautiful, and it seems that it was partially renovated during the Kumamoto earthquake. Employees were busy working at the workshop. Many sake are lined up in the sales corner, and I bought the recommended raw sake. It was a beautiful sake.
I stopped by on a night tour of Hirado Sea Hotel. It was about 21 at night, but it is unclear if it is open until that time every night. I also had a tasting and sold it. The award-winning sake called Filland seemed to be popular with a wine-like taste even though it was sake. 1 Book 1200 Yen was also a good price for souvenirs. There seems to be mail order.
I stopped by because I was mainly sightseeing on foot. It is easy to understand because there is a big sign. There was also a parking lot in front of me. You can also sample, so it is easy to choose alcohol. I was able to get it at a nearby restaurant and it was delicious.
It is a brewery that makes local sake in Hirado and good harvest. We also sell it retailly. Sake from Nagasaki, which is quite rare, is delicious, so I think it's a good souvenir.
It was at the end of the night bus tour course where I stayed. Since it was September, sake brewing was off, and it was the season of amazake. There were various tastings of sake and amazake. I bought Yumemei sake because it tastes soft and costs 1000 yen. He said that you should cool it and drink it. There was also a tasting and sale of pickles.
