Tongliao Xingyuan Temple holds a grand legal meeting four times a year, when the whole flag size lamas all participate. The first month and June 14 and 15 days are the ghost jumping sessions. Every three years, the "Lama" law meeting is held every three years. This is a particularly grand law meeting. The preparations for the meeting began two months in advance, mainly to make the "Lama Maru". The law will renovate the seats in three days from the fifth to the seventh day of July, and officially start from the eighth day to the 14th day, a total of 7 days and nights.

Xingyuan Temple is located north of Kurenqi Middle Street and is the main temple of Siler Tukuren. Built in 1649, completed in 1650, the Shunzhi emperor gave the "Xingyuan Temple". Later in 1710, he built a new Xiangdian Temple around him. In 1719, a large-scale expansion was carried out. In front of the original main hall, nine wide areas along the central axis were built, and nine deep ones were built. Commonly known as the "9981 rooms", the main hall, the Temple of Heavenly Kings and the Temple of the Mountain Gate. The two sides are symmetrically built with the temple and the Bell and Drum Tower. Later, the main hall is rebuilt. The architectural structure is a combination of Han and Tibetan style, which is a two-story building.
