It is a shrine that is right near Sakurajima Station of Keihan Electric Railway. If you are on the up train, you can see it on your right just before arriving at the station. The Otorii and the approach were on the opposite side of Sakurajima Station, and it was a fairly large shrine, not unmanned. If you proceed from the station, you will enter the precincts from the back of the shrine, so it seems better to go around the approach side.
