Interesting museum
If you do not read Japanese, be sure to pick up a leaflet at the museum which describes the three rooms. Two of the rooms are permanent exhibits and one has temporary exhibits. I enjoyed learning ab...
I rented a bicycle and went after going to the ruins of Azuchi Castle from Azuchi Station. There is a 15-minute screening, and if you look at it, you can imagine the ruins of Azuchi Castle! I really wanted to go here first, but since the ruins of Azuchi Castle will open from 8:30, I went to see the ruins first due to the schedule. Find the golden folding screen! I was doing a quiz rally and was enthusiastic about solving mysteries with my children. HP There is a preparatory sheet, download and print it, and Museum ...
It's useful for people who don't have deep knowledge of regional history.

As the name suggests, it was an exhibition from an archaeological point of view. Although Azuchi Castle is the center, there was a commentary that the process of architecture, the time when the castle was there, and after the fire broke out. I know Azuchi Castle itself, but it was useful because I didn't know the details of the geography and history of the area. When I drove through the rice fields, it was a building like a Western-style building.
I rented a bicycle from Omihachiman Station to the Azuchi Castle Tenshu Nobunaga's Mansion, and it was nearby and I went with him. It was exhibited mainly at the Hunan ruins and the Azuchi kozan Kofun tumulus, and "Biwa Lake and Castle" was also held as a special exhibition ○
It's a big facility, but it's a little exhibition.

A considerable part of the magnificent building looks like a storage, and unless a special exhibition is held, the exhibition space is extremely small. The admission fee is 500 yen, which is not worth it at all.
