Lujiashi

A few years ago, there was no such walking tunnel in Shenjiamen. The development was really fast. The happiness index of Shenjiamen residents was getting higher and higher. The pedestrian tunnel passed through Lujiazhi Island, and the car dealership had a bridge. Looking at Bingang Road from the island, it feels a bit Pudong Puxi. Unfortunately, I went at night and didn't see the whole picture clearly. I will go again next time. There is a mountain on the island and a lighthouse.

Lujiashi is a famous fishing village in Putuo District, Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, across the harbor from Shenjiamen fishing port. According to Dinghai County Zhi, the first family to settle on the island was surnamed Lu, living at the foot of Dongshan, and the island name was formed from this. The completion of the Lujiazhi Bridge and the Lujiazhi Submarine Tunnel made Lujiazhi Island an extension and supplement of tourism services in Zhoushan Putuo District, and became the general logistics department of the Maritime Golden Triangle Tourism. Lujiashi Island has become an important element of Shenjiamen Everbright Port with its rich and unique island landscape, further expanding the development space of Putuo City.

It feels good. It is a small island that forms the Shenjiamen fishing port together with Zhoushan Island. There are currently bridges and tunnels connected. The traffic is very convenient. The government is making it into Putuo's back garden.

Now there are no traces of the fishing village. Most of the original houses have been demolished and new buildings have been built. The traffic is also convenient, the original ferry is gone, replaced by a bridge and a pedestrian tunnel.

Shenjiamen, Lujiashi Island. There is a bridge from Shenjiamen (Lujiashi Bridge) to Lujiashi. You can also take the pedestrian tunnel to Lujiashi. Lujiashi has a mountain, there is a lighthouse on the mountain, so I climb the lighthouse so I look at Shenjiamen from afar. Lujiashi has a cultural and creative park and is under construction.
