The Blood Pond Hell is one of the eight hell hot springs for Hell Cruise. It is one of the oldest natural hot springs in Japan. It was known as "Red Hot Spring" as early as the 8th century. The peculiarity of the blood pool hell is the blood-red spring water, which is like an imaginary hell scene, and this red color is all due to the rich iron element in the water. It's rich in iron oxides, mixed with a huge roar.
