How to install your eSIM using the QR Code

Ensure you're connected to WiFi or have a strong internet connection when installing your eSIM.iOS QR code installation

1. Go to Settings.

2. Tap on Mobile or Cellular data (in some regions mobile data will be called Cellular data).

3. Tap on Add eSIM.

4. Tap on Use QR code.

5. Accept and continue all prompts to install the eSIM.

Android QR code installation

1. Go to Settings.

2. Tap on Connections.

3. Tap on SIM Manager.

4. Tap on Add eSIM.

5. Tap on Scan QR Code.

6. Accept and continue all prompts to install the eSIM.

If you're having trouble installing the eSIM, you may need to enter the details manually. Your order receipt includes all the information you need. Follow these steps:

1. Turn off your primary SIM card and ensure the eSIM you wish to activate, is set to on.
a. If you still wish to receive calls or SMSes on your primary SIM, you can leave it on, but then ensure that you set the travel eSIM as primary for data.
2. Ensure Mobile/Cellular Data = ON.
3. Turn on Data Roaming.
4. If no connection, set APN manually.

How to set the APN manually:
 
IOS:
1. Settings Mobile Data Select eSIM.
2. Under Mobile Data, change the APN to globaldata (lower case, no spaces).
3. If an LTE field is available, it should be set to globaldata as well.
(Leave the other fields blank)
4. Attempt to access the Internet to verify connection.
5. If still not data, turn airplane mode on for 30 seconds, and then off and then wait two minutes and retry.
 
Android:
1. Settings Connections Mobile Networks.
2. Tap on Access Point Names.
3. Select the eSIM.
4. Ensure an option is selected that has the APN globaldata (lower case, no spaces). Each APN option on the list will have a name in bold, and the APN address below it.
5. If no options include the APN globaldata, click on Add.
6. Tap on Name and label it eSIM.
7. Tap on APN and label it globaldata (no capital letters and no spaces).
8. Tap on the back arrow or save, (device dependent), and select the APN with the Name eSIM and the APN globaldata.
9. If an LTE field is available, it should be set to globaldata as well.
10. Tap on the back arrow or save.
Change & cancellation policies
If a cancellation request is submitted before 12:00 AM, 1 day(s) prior to the expiration date, no cancellation fee will be charged.
If a cancellation request is submitted after 12:00 AM 1 day(s) before the expiration date, a fee of 100% will be charged.
Cancellation is not allowed once the product is activated.
If a discount is applied, the cancellation fee will be calculated based on the original price before the discount and will not exceed the amount paid.
Partial refund is not available.

Signal strength may vary depending on location, and local network congestion.

If 5G is unavailable, your device will automatically switch to 4G/LTE.
