CCHIEN MIN: The guesthouse has an ideal location, by the lake and in the forest where you can encounter many animals. I was especially excited to have a chance encounter with some kangaroos that day.

GGuest User: The female manager/owner was very friendly, helpful and polite. However, the other staff were less so. Over the 4 nights that we stayed, they didn’t make the bed, empty the bins or sweep up the dead flies in the bathroom that were there after the first night (as someone had previously left the window open). After the 3rd night they didn’t even remove the dirty towels left on the floor to be collected. We stayed there for 4 nights.  I feel sorry for the manager/owner as she was doing a good job but unfortunately her staff did not share her work ethic. We did not see her on the 3rd day to inform her of the situation.
