Mulanpi has three parts: Pishou hub project, canal system project and embankment project. The layout is reasonable, the design is perfect, and the construction is precise. The head is a weir gate type rolling dam, which is built with huge blocks of granite vertical and horizontal hook locks. The total length is 219.13 meters, and there are 33 piers, each 7.5 meters high, with 32-hole gates. There are berms with a total length of more than 500 meters at the north and south ends of the Pei. The main canal in Pi is more than 120 kilometers long, and more than 300 places such as steep gates and culverts have been built along the line, which are divided into the northern and southern plains. In 1958, an overhead siphon project was built near Pei to divert water from the Dongzhen Reservoir to the coastal areas, which greatly improved the irrigation and flood drainage capacity of Mulan Pei. The irrigated area increased from 150,000 mu to 250,000 mu. In order to commemorate the ancestors of Jianpi, the "Xieying Temple" of Qian Siniang, Lin Congshi, Li Hong and Feng Zhiri was built on the south bank of Mulan River. It has been turned into "Mulanpi Memorial Hall". There are four statues of the builders in the museum, and the steles of successive repairs written by celebrities since the Ming Dynasty have been preserved, which have become valuable historical materials for water conservancy construction. Next to the museum are the Engong Pavilion and the Mulan Book Hall of Song Zhenggeng. Outside the museum, the lakes and mountains are beautiful, and the scenery is pleasant, especially when the spring water is beginning to rise and the stream is flooded into the sea, the white waves are surging, and it has the reputation of "Magnolia Spring Rising".
