Amazing architecture! A great place to walk and to see the view of the port.

It’s a nice place to look at the view of Oslo and enjoy the Norwegian culture. You can walk by the old wall with the sea just next to you. I believe it will be very beautiful to see the sunrises and sunsets there. I would suggest to plan the journey in advanced. Btw, it’s feee to visit.

The castle was completed shortly before the king's death in 1308. The king of Norway lived there for 60 years after 1319.
