Chengdu Zoo is located between the North Second Ring Road and the Third Ring Road in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. On the right side of Chuanshan Road, close to Zhaojue Temple Bus Center Station, and facing the wall of Zhaojue Temple in the famous temple in West Sichuan, 4 kilometers away from the city. The whole park covers an area of 17.73 hectares, and the green coverage rate is 88.41%. Chengdu Zoo was founded in 1953 and is a difference budget institution approved by the Chengdu Editorial Committee. After nearly 50 years of construction and development, more than 30 groups of various animal museums have been built, and have become a special park with more than 300 species of rare and endangered wildlife protected by the state such as animal, amphibious crawling, birds and ornamental goldfish.
