在明月岛上，需要另外购买10元门票。也因为要另外购票，所以进去的人很少。其实这里不是原址，是从市区搬移过来的，曾有70多位黑龙江将军住过。外观朴素，里面挺大的，不过现在主要就是些历史展示。

全国重点文物保护单位，是清代黑龙江将军在卜奎古城的官邸，原址位于齐齐哈尔市中华西路6号，即今市第二医院东邻。2000年，市政府将此重要遗址移建至嫩江中的明月岛。移建的将军府占地6000平方米，不仅再现了原有建筑风貌，而且布有将军府历史文化陈列。

是一个古代遗址，现是迁移到明月岛上依照最原始的样子修建的，建筑非常漂亮大气。
